Our Custom Pricing Services - How It Works?

Abstract Light Projection

1

Every project is unique, but there are several factors that influence pricing.

Design Complexity

  • Intricate details, layered elements, hand-finished features, custom typography, or highly personalized requests naturally require additional design and production time.

Size & Scale

  • Larger pieces require more materials, more labor, and often additional preparation for handling, shipping, or installation.

Materials

  • Material selection plays a significant role in overall pricing. Specialty woods, premium finishes, acrylics, metals, and limited-availability materials may increase project cost.

Production Time

  • Rush projects or accelerated timelines may require schedule adjustments and expedited production fees.

Revisions & Design Changes

  • Custom work is collaborative, and revisions are part of the process. However, extensive changes after approval may require additional labor and updated pricing.

Installation, Delivery & Shipping

Some projects require specialty packaging, freight shipping, delivery coordination, or on-site installation, which may be quoted separately.

Estimates vs. Final Invoices

Initial Estimates

Estimates are created using the information provided during your inquiry. They are intended to give you a realistic starting range before final specifications are approved.

Final Invoices

Final invoices reflect the confirmed scope of work, approved revisions, finalized material selections, labor, and any additions requested throughout the project.

Please Note

Because custom projects evolve during the design process, estimates are not considered guaranteed totals unless specifically stated in writing.

Typical Custom Project Investment Ranges

The examples below are intended to help provide general expectations for common project types.

  • Small Custom Pieces $150–$300

  • Medium Custom Projects $300–$800

Production Timeline Expectations

Every custom piece is built with care, and timelines vary depending on project complexity and current production volume.

Project TypeEstimated Timeline

  • Small Pieces 1–2 Weeks

  • Medium Projects 2–4 Weeks

  • Large or Detailed Builds 4–8+ Weeks

Please Keep In Mind

Timelines begin after deposit payment and final approval

Peak seasons and holidays may extend turnaround times

Specialty material availability can occasionally impact scheduling.

5

Revision Policy

We want every client to feel excited and confident about their final piece.

To keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining clear expectations:

  • Minor revisions are included during the design phase

  • Extensive redesigns or repeated changes may require updated pricing

  • Changes requested after production begins may affect both timeline and final cost

Clear communication early in the process helps keep your project on schedule and within budget.

6

A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Deposits reserve your project space in our production schedule and allow materials to be ordered specifically for your piece.

Standard Payment Structure

  • 50% deposit to begin production

  • Remaining balance due prior to pickup, delivery, or shipment

  • Large-scale projects may require milestone-based payments

Additional Notes

Material purchases begin after deposit payment

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t exact pricing be provided immediately?

Why might my invoice differ from my original estimate?

  • Changes in dimensions, materials, revisions, added features, or production requirements can affect final pricing.
